Do you offer refunds?

Yes we offer a 14 day money back guarantee.
Please contact us to inform us why you wish to return the goods and for the address to return them to.
Goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition.
It is the buyers responsibility to pay return postage costs if the items are no longer required.  A full PayPal refund will be given as soon as the goods are returned and checked.
Please return any photographs in the poster tube they were sent in.

Do you add photo's on a regular basis?

Yes we add photo's as they are taken.

What size are the prints?

Size A4 = 297 x 210 mm / 11.69" x 8.27" inches.
Size A3 = 420 x297 mm / 16.54" x 11.69" inches.

What type of paper do you use?

Premium Plus PhotoPaper 280gsm.


Postage & Packaging?

We charge £2.00 for orders up to £30.00.  Orders £30.00 & over are P&P free.

Delivery Times?

Please allow 5 working days for delivery.  This is because we print all our photographs to order and allow 24hrs for the prints to dry before packing.

Packaging?

All our prints are sent in a sturdy poster tube which is included in the postage & packing price.

Can I submit photos to sell?

Right now the only photos that we sell are the ones taken by fotos2u and it's partners. In the future we may consider this.  If you are interested then why not use the contact page to inform us and we will get back to you.
